What the Management Service Includes
Our property management service is intentionally proactive, ensuring your home is monitored, maintained, and reported on regularly while you are away.
- Secure key holding
- Weekly property inspections during owner absence
- A comprehensive property condition checklist undertaken at every visit
- A detailed weekly written report identifying any issues or matters requiring attention
Annual payment option:
A 10% discount is applied to the management fee when paid annually in advance.

- 2 Bedrooms:€75 (3‑hour clean)

All clients holding a management contract receive a 15% discount on cleaning services.
Laundry Services
All laundry services are managed entirely in‑house to maintain strict quality control.
Bed linen is carefully inventoried before collection and fully re‑counted upon arrival and again return from laundering.

Professional Home Organising
We specialise in professional home organising, offering thoughtful, practical solutions that restore order, space, and calm to your home.
Services May Include

- Full home decluttering projects
Rates
- €55 per hour(minimum booking of 8 hours)
- Projects exceeding 8 hours are offered at a flat rate, agreed on a case‑by‑case basis according to client requirements
